Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EzPacking cubes and organizational tools; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
